Lyrics

Please stay still, so you can feel my heartbeat
It's thunderous and strong as we negotiate the give and take that makes us

Please stay still and you will hear me whisper
I'll tell you everything to scintillate the give and take that makes us

Your love leaves me senseless

Please stay still and you will see me looking
Straight into your eyes as we integrate the give and take that makes us

Please stay still as you take my breath away
Roses in the air titillate the give and take that makes us

Your love leaves me senseless

See me, hear me, taste me, inhale me
And when you touch me, it leaves me senseless

Please stay still to savor the sweetness of our kisses
As we celebrate the give and take that makes us

not bad, but not good enough to warrant a mass email. i don't mind getting unsolicited requests to check out songs, but they have to be few, and the artists best tracks. you've been sending listen requests for every new upload (it seems) and if you limited your emails to only your very best, i would be way more receptive and less douche-y. you are very talented, but all artists want their songs to be heard, and if everyone sent out requests for 5 or 6 of their songs, our mailboxes would be a mess, and the great songs would be lost in a sea of mediocrity.

or maybe you haven't been TOO bad about mass emails...

i think i get you confused with suzen jewel (sp?).

i think my post is still mostly valid though.

      yours truly,
      the douche

I appreciate the input -- I asked for it. This is actually the first time I sent a mass message(although I do send a message to my bands when I upload -- does that go to everyone in the band or just as a post on the band's wall?) So perhaps you are mixing me up with Suzen Juel. I do not upload all that frequently (compared to some of the other artists) so am just trying not to get lost in the shuffle. But I certainly do not want to be obnoxious. There are some artists who email me daily and at this point, I just delete the emails without paying any attention whatsoever. As for what makes a song meritorious of a mass email -- at some level, that is probably subjective. Thanks again for your input.

There was a long exchange at the Beat Geek page about mailings, so your email just came at a weird time. To give you more useful input - the mix sounds a little devoid of mid range frequencies, especially the vocals. If there was more body in the instrumental, it wouldn't be an issue. That's just what I'm hearing though.

        Take care Jo!
