Hmm, perhaps it has something to do with differences between loud and not loud inside the song? I'm not expert on this, and specially not with the right words haha. But I've heard a few great quality stuff here, so there's a way to get it nice! :D

Did you try enhancing the "not loud" sounds on your song? Sorry about the confusing play with words.
